NCM collects individual information from users to request list counts, process orders, update NCM directory databases and provide client support. Users may be contacted as required for these purposes. We provide a check box option for each registered user to choose whether to receive promotional email updates about products and services offered by NCM.

NCM relies on various service providers to support its internet divisional sites and company operations. NCM shares information with service providers who directly support the Internet services and who only use the information on our behalf in accordance with this policy. We reserve the right to share information with credit card processors, auditors, lawyers and contractors. The third parties’ own privacy notices govern any information that they may collect. NCM business information products are licensed through brokers and directly with the customer. Any person included in the NCM databases may ask to be excluded from business lists licensed for marketing purposes. .

NCM prides itself in providing the most detailed and accurate government employee contact information on the market. Our in-house data verification team are constantly updating our government and business databases.

Confidentiality

NCM has administered technical and employee security to protect against anticipated hazards such as unauthorized access to and disclosure of individually identifiable information. NCM employees who handle confidential or proprietary information must treat it confidentially and may not disclose it to unauthorized third parties. All NCM employees have signed confidentiality agreements.
